Obviously worthy of the many pats on your back.
I gather the bass has its own servo amp to drive it. Where is the crossover freq.?
How do you get the bass to time align with the Neo10 mids? Or does it just not matter, and they just need to be in phase?
This arrangement lets the wonderful SET sound go where it is best and leaves the rest to SS. I am all for it.
Have you tried a "Limage" setup at home? If your room is not too square it does marvels with imaging and kicks up the bass. If you are not read up on it, the positioning scheme has the speakers pulled up about 40-45% of the room from the front wall, seating is right off the back wall, the speakers are within 1 ft (or less) from the sidewalls and are facing forwards with minimal toe in. If the room geometry allows it the results are fantastic.
