Thanks for the suggestion Andy. When I decided to move forward on this one of the first things I did was to search and reread your posts from your build process. A couple of things escaped me but all 'n all, they were helpful.

As to your suggestion to seperate the tweeter out, I'm afraid that wont be happening. For one, I'm actually doing this as a gift for my bro-in-law. He'll be more than happy with things the way it is planned. And to that, I'm keeping my costs as reasonable as possible.

I should be done with the frames this weekend and will post some pics (if I can figure out how!)
