I don't think it would be too far fetched imagining Jim Winey presented with the same scenario throughout his tenure, and upon hearing such, his reply would be along the lines of: "no; no need, this/these will do just fine"... (which is evident right down to their fabrics, nails and staples).
And hey; why not- I can respect that.
Plus I'm sure it's also a matter of economics (let's face it; the cost is gotta come out of someone's pocket).
I mean we're talking about a company that for years ran demo Maggies inside their factory with an old Onkyo(?) receiver....and quite splendidly in fact; according to visitors.
Lastly; I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the equipment they haul around isn't plucked straight from their own personal system(s)....and again, why not? :) !
