I have a Creek Audio Evo2 that I have used with MMGs. It's rated at 75wpc into 8 ohms. This is a little powerhouse and a long way from consumer grade electronics that claim 75 or 100 wpc. It can handle low impedance loads and has huge current capability. The numbers don't always tell the whole story but any amp that the manufacturer says has half the power if you are using all the channels is an indicator that the amp cannot support a heavy load. On a Maggie system it's better to have too much than too little.
