I'm going to try an experiment with my active bi-amped 3.5Rs this weekend - replacing the Dahlquest LP1 crossover with a DSPeaker stereo subwoofer room correction device. I'll connect one set of preamp outs to the DSPeaker and the bass panel amps and another set of preamp outs to the power amps for the mid/tweeter. I'm waiting for the speaker level 200 mf capacitors to arrive from Parts Express - the Dahlquest did the high pass for the mid/tweeter at line level before. The DSPeaker room correction and its available dipole correction filter will work well I'm hoping.
