Absoloootely NP, Scottson.However, you may be interested to know I am about to move away from active tri-amping ... to still having 6 amp channels but (taking Davey's advice! :-)) ) putting a cap in front of the ribbon to provide protection when my amp is switched on. It has never made a 'thump' when switching on but a few months ago, I happened to see the ribbon convulse when the amp came on ... so I'm thinking this can't be much good! :-))
