A lot of starving artist along the beach piers here in San Diego that are pretty talented.I've even seen spray paint artist (on canvas) that are just as phenomenal.
The artwork would be created far away from the panels of course.
May get a bit costly considering 6 panels. Art material (different color paints) aren't cheap would most likely be time consuming.
