RE: Magnepan

I started out using a MC352 with my 3.3's and it ran out of steam, even went into thermo shutdown which it had never done prior to the Maggies. I am in a big room and like to listen "loud" so I do push it a bit.

I went to Bryston 7bst's and it was an improvement, but then I went to a Sanders Magtec and was very happy. With that said the second biggest improvement was going to a C2200 tube pre amp, this for me was the ticket.

I am a Huge fan of McIntosh haveing owned noting but for over 30 years but the Magtech really made magic with the Maggies.
