RE: Crossover for ESL63/Gradient SW63

The Behringer 2496 (?) is a very flexible option...if...you intend to run the Quads full range...it is NOT suitable for handling the main signal.

And...these things are notoriously unreliable in the long term.

Because the Gradient SW63 is a dipole woofer it needs prodigious power, and some sort of EQ along with its crossover.

The only Xover I have experience with that has only marginal impact on the main signal is the old Dahlquist electronic crossover.

If you can find one, the Dahlquist, with a cap upgrade for the main signal is NEARLY transparent...I have lived with one for years.

But, I do not know how the Dahlquist would work with the dipole woofers although I suspect it is flexible enough.
