RE: Apogee Divas...are they still good today?

Judging by the Audiogon bluebook, it's a good price. As J. Lindborg noted, you should keep in mind that the foam damping material deteriorates with age. If the woofers are buzzing, you could be in for a significant bill to bring them back into shape. The ribbons are less expensive and you can replace them yourself.
