I have had in the past most Apogee speakers. This includes the stage and mini grand.
In my opinion the Stage was one of the best Apogee or planar speakers ever made.
But the woofer ribbons cannot be repaired.
Once the foam cushioning the ribbon form the mdf woofer frame disintegrates the woofers develops a sonic buzz.
You can mitigate to a degree with weather-stripping, but the buzz is there and can't be fixed.
The tweeter can be replaced with a new Graz tweeter.
