Any phase issues using a Linn Kairn w/ ESL63 + Gradient subs?

I just wondered about whether it was okay to use a Linn Kairn pre with my ESL63s and Gradient SW63 subs, as the Linn pre is of the phase inverting type. Usually you would just swap the positive and negative speaker outputs around on the speaker cables, but I just wondered if the active filter of the Gradient would impact the way in which it all works?
