JansZen Electrostats

I don't get over here to the Planar Asylum much, but I thought this would be fun to share.

A couple of weeks ago I hosted a listening session at my house with none other than David Janszen; David is Author Janszen's son. David was kind enough to take time away from his family on a Saturday afternoon and drive a couple of hours to my house. He brought The JansZen Model One, which is the only model he offers now, but there are plans in the works for both a smaller model and a pasive model.

There were about 20 people attending, including some Maggie and Accustat owners I canot speak for everyone attending, but I thought they sounded exceptional. They filled my great room (25'x25'x20') to concert-like levels, without loss of detail. They maintained imaging well over the romm, but the sweet-spot was the place to sit. Personally, I'm a horn/SET guy, so it was a real treat to hear this class of speaker in my own living room.
