It’s great that you’ve addressed both structural and electrical shortcomings. I’m a little puzzled by the photos and the descriptions though. When I read your reply to RickyM, I envisioned three 1†(roughly – more like ¾â€) thick boards “sandwiching†(the center board need only be ripped narrower) each side. The photos tell a different story. How are the sides attached to the panels? What would you estimate to be your cost for the wood?
