RE: Interesting article about dimensionality in recording

Very well explained, IMHO after all these years it's still the best way to record sound. Why recording engineer's have to mess with a live recordings is beyond me, if you have ever heard a live event recorded on a 30 ips two track analogue tape machine with a crossed pair of microphones fed into your best amp & speakers then you will know exactly what I mean.

Not quite the real thing, but the closest source that I have ever heard if you want to be there.
