grid choke

several months ago i purchased a pair of lundahl 1670 grid chokes-i am finally getting around to using them in my first scratch build which is a 45 tube amp-the pin-out on the choke i am not sure of -the schematic shows pins 5 -8-and1
the 1 showing positive -8 in the middle-and 5 on the outside-here

i am looking for approx 249k so pins 1 and 8 would be my connection?-my multi- meter should reflect this
is that correct?
