Thanks for sharing the knowledge about OPT with amorphous core. One more thing I would say about it is the magnetic loss through the core. With AM core, the loss is much less than silicon steel one. Therefore, I can hear the finite micro details of the sound that other type OPT's don't have.

My friend Walter just came for audition and he is so amazed how much improvement it has made. It matches with the sound from SE amp with the same OPT of LL1623AM.
