Transformers are not rated in power, regardless of how you often see specs stated. They are rated by voltage handling (power rating is just done for convenience). The primaries of the LL1930, when in series, can take 30dBU which is ~24Vrms. If you put the secondaries in parallel and run them into Grados (32 Ohm), that translates into ~12:1 voltage stepdown, which means you can do ~2Vrms. Subtract ~25% for internal losses, so 1.5V rms, about 70mW. Plenty for pretty loud without distortion. Into 300 Ohm phones (Sennheiser) with the secondaries in series, you'll get 6:1 stepdown, or 4Vrms. The internal losses are a little less in this case (probably 10%) which gives you ~40mW which is still reasonable.
The footprint of the 1930 does not line up with anything else Lundahl, so you'll have to make your own library part. It is not very hard to do.
