I'm sure it would have met my needs just fine the way you sent it. I had the tubes and caps on hand, and I just like the KOA Speer resistors. I've done a couple other projects using the Russian SSG silver and mica caps, really like the way they sound.

I've used the Russian 6p3s-e tubes in guitar amps before, with excellent results, but never actually tried them in audio. Others have posted about being pleased with them in their audio amps, so figured why buy EL34s when I have these. The CCSs make tube swaps easy. Thanks for being so understanding about me messing with your design!
