If you deem a 15K:600 transformer suitable, then the LL1680 or LL1689 will work nicely with the appropriate gap for your operating current. The tube doesn't actually want any particular ratio, but the balance between adequate gain and adequately low output impedance has to be determined for your particular application with the 76.
