Using LL1660/18 as a high L anode choke?

Could the LL1660/18 be used as a hi L anode choke, using primary and recondary in series?
Like this: +HT-16, 13-18, 13-4, 3-5, 2-7, 10-8, 9-anode (2,25-2,25-1-1-1-1). Note, all winding phases connected in series!
Total amount of turns would be times two.
What inductans (real) could be expected from this setup?
I guess double the turns would limit the DC-current (and AC-swing) to half (ie 8mA) and also twinn the DC-resistance,
(Which in my case is not a problem)
