I have LL1660/25mA and LL1660S/25mA in stock, as well as the 10mA and 18mA versions. Given the small amount of voltage swing that you need for a pair of EL84s, you could use the 25mA version with nearly 40mA of bias and still not hit the "magnetic wall" (core saturation). Alternatively, you could use the primaries in parallel as you suggest.
