What is maximum ripple voltage at recommended dc?

I think I should post this question in a separate post. For the LL1638 chokes, the specification shows max. ripple 300V @100Hz for recommended DC current. Is this the max. power dissipation of the choke? If so, my calculations using PSUD_II show the LC filter input choke is very near the maximum power rating. See end of "LL1638 8H 200ma and LL1673 20H 100ma" post for more details. I am surprized the chokes will dissipate this much power. If this is correct the 4H @400ma can dissipate 120W. Also does this rating go up or down for 120Hz?
