The easiest way to communicate this is for you to look at the LL1660 data sheet, take connection alternative M' and reverse ins and outs. Depending on where it goes in the circuit, the pins 5/10 junction becomes the center tap going to B+ and the pins 13/18 junction either nothing (when used as an output transformer) or as a grounded center tap (when used as an IT).
