Need Advice for MC Transformer together with Denon DL-103

What's the preferred choice as MC Transformer for Denon DL-103 and balanced tube, LL1678, LL9206 or LL1636 with shielding ?
Which termination should I use with the selected transformer for balanced tubes ?
