heat dissipation

Kevin,

This goes back to our previous discussion concerning CCS on PP UL final stage.

Likely, my current demands will be close to the limits of the kits, around 80-90 miliamps. You said on one occasion that voltage drop on the CCS will be in the order of 50V (does that still stand?). If this is a fact, the power dissipation will be up to but not more than 5W. Why would I need another heat sink than the large ("up to 7W") heat sink you're selling?

Because of space restrictions, I might end up mounting the MOSFETs on a larger dual (or quad) HS that I would align with the PCB, in between the PCB and the output transformer (the long type with perpendicular fins). Do you have any suggestions for a digikey or mouser heat sink (or you have something available for purchase?)?

Thank you for all of your support.
Best regards,
Radu.
