Here would be the schematic of my Dynaco MKIII after implementing the CCS at the LPT (1) - done and great -, and as I understand a CCS could be implemented for the PP output (2).
Please let me know if this is what you had in mind.
(There is one difference from your description, which is the order of the CCS / 10 ohm resistor, but I couldn't imagine how I could do independent CCS for each cathode while keeping the resistor between CCSs and cathodes).
