Thank you for your reply.

Can you tell me anything about calculations, measurements, etc.? My guess is that I need to get my current draw (ohm's law over R13 by measuring voltage) and then size the CSS for that current. Am I close?

Then, I'm guessing the kits come with some instructions on how they're meant to be inserted in a circuit?...
