Which version you choose depends on how much current you set the driver tube up to run at (as you mention) and whether you connect the transformer 4.5:2+2 or 2.25:2+2. For 4.5:2+2 you would normally use the LL1660S/18mA and for 2.25:2+2 the LL1660S/10mA. With a relatively low Rp tube like the 6C45, the LL1660S/18mA can be used for either connection, because it will have enough inductance either way to mate properly with the 6C45.
