This was just the sort of report I was waiting for. I know it is difficult to judge from someone else's ears, and indeed a particular DAC might "synergize" better with a particular person's system.
The sort of music that you listen to, and personal tastes all play a role; but, you obviously know the RAKK DAC 1 well, and your positive impressions have to be taken in relation to that.
