The LL1692 will be available in final form in the Fall. From an impedance standpoint it is positioned midway between the LL1671 and LL1660, so that tubes like the ECC99/7119/5687, 5842/417A, 6BX7GT/6BL7GT are well-served in most applications. I don't have any quantitative data at this point.
The prototypes had a very different pinout than the LL1660/1671 and I argued for the unity of pinout, which necessitates a small redesign of the transformer, hence the delay.
