I have been thinking about this and wondered about reverse coupling the coils - would that not cancel (parcially since the coils will have different amounts of ripple on them) the flux? (Is this not what happens in a push-pull OT?)If this thinking is correct the dual coils on a single core would actually be better than two separate chokes in a LCLC filter. Am I missing something?
