Phase switching with the RAKK DAC

I have found this makes a big difference in sound.

Should I do this before or after the LL9206's on the COMBO INPUT BOARD? I am thinking of using DPDT switches, I can think of no other way to do it. I would figure best before the transformers.

Any suggestions?
