You can use an LL1664/PP transformer, 3K:8ohms. It is rated at 55 watts at 30Hz. The higher quality/power alternative is the LL1623/PP, which will do 125 watts. Neither transformer has feedback or cathode windings, but I will argue that you don't need feedback, if you design the amplifier carefully. In my experience, negative feedback may tighten the bass a bit, but robs the music of the delicate, rich harmonic structure that makes live music the enjoyable experience that it is.I would consider using an interstage to couple the ECC99 to the KT88s. I suggest the LL1671/PP for this application.
