You certainly could use the Power Supply Design software to accomplish this. The key to the time constant for a simple LC supply filter are the two values chosen and the current draw, as you mention.I would indeed be happy to sell more chokes, but I am not convinced that the sound benefits from an extra LC section. Good balance thoughout a completely push-pull design means less sensitivity to residual supply ripple and line disturbances.
