RAKK-DAC

84.28.48.41

Hello all,
Since about a week I use a RAKK-DAC in my main system and it is really a very good sounding DAC! I have to mention, that I use the RAKK-DAC with the passive (transformer-) output and a TentLabs Clock, for the digital-input I use a Canare "real" 75 Ohm RCA. Before building all together I have "burned-in" the LL1674-outputtransformers for more than a month, using an old CD-player and a burn-in CD. The signal from the CD-player went straight into the passive input and the secondairy of the transformers were loaded with 3kOhm resistors. I've compared the RAKK-DAC with a modified AudioNote DAC1 and the Ackdac, in my opinion the RAKKDAC is the absolute winner!
