Hi Rick,You have first-pass hardware with the regulator tube wired backward. This level was never sold as a regular product. One unit was built, which along with some boards were (are) offered as part of our year-end inventory reduction.
The second-pass hardware fixed the wiring problem and added a 12V regulator for the DAC. Except for the transformer, the 12V regulator is the same as the separate 12V power supply for use with the passive output board.
