I think it is a great idea and have actually been trying to figure out how to add a USB input myself but digital is not my domain. I have thought about Gordon's and Bert's but too pricey. I think hard disk playback is coming to the main market in time. Look at the iTunes Store and the iPod invading cars and home playback. Greater convenience and better quality playback in one package? When have we seen that since the LP?!Cheers,
