USB Input for the RAKK DAC/Clarification, please

Would Mr. Davenport please state what is happening with the USB input option for the RAKK DAC.

I cannot figure out what was actually decided from the posts below.

This does seem like something to pursue.

If this is to implemented, and it really does what its proponents are claiming, then I WANT ONE TOO. It does sound like the proverbial "too good to be true".

This in combination with the Clark Johnsen article in POSITIVE FEEDBACK makes me think we are getting close to being able to get really good sound from the CD, and best of all, in an affordable way.
