Sure , but that's a very broad question . What do you need to know?
If you're looking to find out what resistor values you need to make up a 45 position ladder first you'd have to decide what load impedance you want ( for the input of a preamp?) and how much attenuation you want in total and for each step.
If you're not sure what this entails then it would be best to post details of what you're planning and then maybe somebody can help with advice. . . .
