If you are trying to build an IT coupled 5687 - 2A3 amp try running the 5687 at about 15-20mA (210vDC at top of IT and about 120ohm cathode resistor) and the 2A3 at 325vDC with a bypassed 1K cathode resistor as starting points. Connect the LL1660/10mA as connection alternative T.
