So the turns ratio of your OPT is the square root of the primary over secondary impedances. If your speakers are on the 8 ohm tap, then
sqrt(1600/8) = 14.142, 22mV/14.142 = 1.56mV ripple on the output. If you are using the 4 ohm tap, then sqrt(1600/4) = 20, 22mV/20 = 1.1mV. On 90-93 dB speakers I don't think it will be a problem unless you are hum-obsessed.
