I built mine from scratch and like it very much.
As a previous owner of many high $ phono stages (IO, Walker, Groove, etc) I feel that my expectations have been met and exceeded. Its a very smart design with phase/mute selection and termination impedance selection. Super quiet too. I concur with the other commentators.
