this is basically the same thing that Hawkford indicated in his paper, in which I posted the link to, earlier. His paper is primarily directed to slewing, and the equivalent jitter that results. His common base transimpedance circuit is said to be an answer to this. In his fully fleshed out implementation, he uses current feedback to reduce distortion. Whether this improves the sound, I have no clue. I can't any commercial use of it in a web search. However, Jocko and others in the other threads I posted say they don't the sound of current feedback, and he runs his common base transimpedance circuit without it.
