Jitter and clocking

There isn't a description up on the webpage yet. The RAKK DAC recovers the clock from the data transmitted from the CD transport or other digital source using the excellent Cirrus Logic CS8416 input receiver. The RAKK DAC has been designed so that Guido Tent's XO-DAC PLL jitter reduction board can be easily interfaced for reduced jitter. Guido's circuit contains a low-jitter reference clock (see www.tentlabs.com for details). K&K Audio will also sell the XO-DAC as an "anti-jitter upgrade" for $250.
