Parafeed IT for SE ECC99 to PP EL34

Circuit:
1/2 of the ECC99 w CCS load parafeed IT,
in a 2:1+1 configuration, feeding PP EL34's.

I only need a calculated 10W with a 2V input,
which comes to about 11V to the grids of the EL34's.
This is my loud listening level.
The LL1660S/PPZ looks to be overkill,
but the LL1676 seems insufficient.

The ECC99 has about a 2300 rp,
is this too high for the LL1676?
What is the 1676's inductance?
Is there another option?

I have read Lynn Olsen saying
the 1676 was good to 15V at 20Hz.
But that was 1:1 configuration
with an unspecified source impedance.

Dave Davenport tried the 1674 with the ECC99
and he didn't like the aggressive sound.
Since Dave didn't mention there was any bass
deficiencies could mean there was none.

This leaves me with many questions,
suppositions and guesses.

Help Appreciated
DanL

P.S. I saw a post that said next year Lundahl
will come out with a 1+1:1+1 version of 1676,
maybe I'll have to wait until then. BUMMER!!!
