The technique he espouses has been around for a long time. Audio Research used it for years (I think still does) as a means for reducing output impedance in their P-P amps. I would simply try it both ways and see if you like the way it sounds, since it is so easy to implement.
The diversion of one or more of the secondary windings on the larger Lundahl outputs for feedback purposes might be doable, but I will consult a higher, wiser authority to see what the trade-offs are in such an arrangement. There are no Lundahl outputs with explicit feedback windings at this point.
