Just wanted to share my impressions on this new transformers. I replaced my 1623 with the new amorphous type on my 300B push-pull amp and I am very impressed with the sound improvement this new transformers did. The sound has become more dynamic with much more resolution and detail, soundstage is big and wide, yet it still retains the finese/delicacy of the harmonics of a typical 300B based amplifier. My amps are balanced push/pull transformer couple, all Lundahll transformers.
