Dear Kevin,
I can't imagine using the same coils for both sil steel and amorph version of the same transfomer. Amorphous cores has higher coercivity and needs a lower number of coil turns to have the desired flux density. This is also the reason of the wider frequency range due to lower winding capacitance, I think,
