What you suggest might be adequate and since you already have the transformers, probably bears trying.However, I would be tempted to think about an LL1660 connection (reversed Alt. T, but requires the 40mA version of the LL1660; or Alt. Q with the primary coils in parallel, requires at least 10mA version of LL1660)with step down to push the 211 into A2. It may be that you can't extract enough swing out of a 46 under these circumstances, but the ability to deliver grid current will be enhanced substantially by the 2:1 (approximately) step down. Perhaps it isn't to your taste, but a Sovtek 2A3 will field a pretty high plate voltage, has substantially lower plate impedance than a triode-connected 46, and sounds pretty good. This will help.
